Hotel cancellation policy
Cancellations made before 11:30am on the day of arrival will incur a 1€ charge.
After 11:30am a 100% charge will be applied.
Hotel modification policy :
The duration of the stay may be modified before 11:30am on the day of arrival. After 11:30 a 100% charge will be applied.
Methods of payment :
- holiday vouchers
- cash (Euros only)
- we do not accept cheques
Hotel eviction policy :
If guests are disruptive and disturb other customers, they will be evicted from the hotel. The managers reserve themselves the right to contact the police if necessary. In case of an expulsion, the client will not be refunded. Furthermore, he/she may be obliged to compensate the other clients.
